Jennifer graduated from Fleming College in 2019 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). She was first introduced to massage therapy as an adolescent and has since had a deep appreciation for its benefits. In her own practice, Jenn approaches each clients’ needs in a personable nature and uses an evidence-based method while supporting her clients along their individual health journeys. She is fascinated by the effects of fascial restrictions in the body and enjoys educating her clientele about the benefits of connective tissue work.

Outside of the clinic, Jenn enjoys art, being creative, and new adventures. She also strives to embody a sense of self-care through exercising, exploring new recipes, and continuously pushing herself to learn.
